Banquet Server

1 On Call,

Greet guests, transport both food and beverages to them, using tray service at all times. Responsible for bussing tables, using tray service, and for setting tables between seatings. Provide guest service for banquets and special events.

Plankhouse Server

2 Part Time, 1 In Call

Greet guests in a professional manner with knowledge of both fine dining and beverage menus and use of tray service for transporting food and beverages.  Setting and bussing tables between seating’s and complete all assigned daily side work. Prior fine dining food service experience is required.  Ability to obtain valid OLCC and food handlers permit

Assure that The Mill Casino Hotel premises or other assigned commercial or institutional buildings are clean and maintained in an orderly condition.

Network Administrator

Full Time

Monitors the status of the network to ensure that all devices are working properly.  Administers email system, evaluates network performance and maintain standards and corrects as necessary.  Installs upgrades, receives calls pertaining to network problems and either corrects the problem or directs user to appropriate personnel for resolution. Maintains network back up. Maintain network security including registering users and installing firewalls under the direction of the Network Manager.

Room Attendant

2 Part Time,

Facilitates high standards of hotel housekeeping service and guest satisfaction by cleaning hotel rooms, changing linens and restocking rooms with supplies and guest amenities.

Cocktail Server

2 Full Time

Provide excellent guest service in the Warehouse 101, Whitecaps, Banquets and Gaming Floor. Enter guest orders into Micros and deliver it tableside as required. Assist Bartender as required.

Timbers Server

2 Full Time

Enters guest orders into Micros and delivers it tableside as required. Takes orders and prepares coffee drinks and items from the soda fountain. Keeps dining area clean and free of clutter and garbage, bussing tables as needed.

Executive Steward

Full Time

Keep kitchen premises in a clean and orderly condition, operate dishwasher and restock all waitstations.

Timbers Line Cook

Full Time

Cooks items to order using grills, fryers, ovens, steam tables and any other specialized cooking equipment deemed necessary for food production following set specs & guidelines for proper food preparation. One year of line cook experience is preferred.

Guest Services Agent

Part Time

Responsible for providing exemplary guest service for the hotel. Handles registration, room assignments, check out and cashiering in a friendly, professional manner to encourage repeat business.

General Relief

On Call

Keep The Mill Casino·Hotel & RV Park premises in a clean and orderly condition. Sets up tables and chairs in conference, event area or hall. Replenishes restrooms, kitchen and work area supplies. Assist maintenance workers when needed.

Central Res. Agent

Part Time

is Responsible for Hotel, RV Park and Special Event guest reservations. This position is also responsible for answering the entire main phone lines for The Mill Casino Hotel and forwarding all calls appropriately and in a timely manner.

Accounting Operations Assistant

Full Time

Responsible for supporting all functions of the Accounting, Payroll and Revenue Audit positions. Fills in for vacations in all areas. Must have an understanding of the entire general ledger process from auditing through financial statement processing.

Maintenance Assistant

Part Time

Maintains grounds of The Mill Casino·Hotel, and parking lots and assists Maintenance personnel when needed.

Maintenance 1

Full Time

– Maintains and repairs machinery, equipment, physical structures and pipe and electrical systems in commercial or industrial establishments.

Restaurant Supervisor

Full Time

Manages the service staff of the restaurant. Responsible for interviewing, hiring and disciplinary actions regarding restaurant employees. Coordinates with the Restaurant Manager the utilization of service staff wherever needed through the Casino.

PHS Host/Hostess

Part Time

Responsible for guest interaction, i.e., greeting, seating, making the guest feel at ease. Must be aware of all daily food specials, as well as beer and wine specials.

Blackjack Class

4-6 Students

Tuesday July 14-Saturday Aug. 18. Four hour classes. These are not paid training positions and do not guarantee a position upon completion. Auditions are reqired to qualify for Part Time Multi-dealer positions available in Table Games.
