Train servers on proper setup, teardown and cleanup. Train servers on proper etiquette, pivot point system, and sequence of service. Assign and check side work and floor assignments. Supervise floor in absence of the Banquet Manager.
Provide beverage service to casino patrons. The servers will routinely and continuously canvass the casino and solicit drink orders. The server will service the areas of slots, poker, table games and other casino gaming departments as assigned.

Wash walls, ceiling, and clean woodwork, wash windows, blinds, door panels, and sills. Empty and clean waste containers and ashtrays.

This position is responsible for the support and coordination of the Marketing Services Group activities. Acts as administrative and guest services support to Gold Club Hosts and Player Development Manager.
Take and fill food orders for guests of Timbers Café. Provide excellent guest service; resolve guest complaints. Assist in inventories, ordering and supply tracking. Assist in any personnel issues, i.e., scheduling, interviewing, employee relations, training and disciplinary issues. Assist in controls of food costs, as well as labor in the Timbers. To insure through proper scheduling that personnel receive the proper allowance of breaks and meal periods.
Prepares food according to standardized recipes and approved methods either on the main kitchen hot line or in the main kitchen pantry.
Keep kitchen premises in a clean and orderly condition, operate dishwasher and restock all waitstations.
Pro-actively identifies and solicits local and regional group business within the corporate, convention, tourism and travel markets, which drive traffic through the casino and convention facility. Generates new accounts and maintains existing accounts. Conducts sales calls, promoting the property through travel and personal involvement in regional and tourism-related organizations to include participation at trade and travel shows.
The primary functions of this position are exchanging currency, redeeming VLT pay out tickets, providing payment for VLT jackpot tickets and providing general customer service.
