Responsible for providing exemplary guest service for the hotel. Handles registration, room assignments, check out and cashiering in a friendly, professional manner to encourage repeat business.
To execute the duties necessary to operate the casino player’s club. This includes; registering new players, providing current customers with point information; executing club giveaway programs.
Responsible for the successful daily operations of the Hotel Front Desk, and Concierge departments while building, maintaining, and promoting a Progressive, Friendly, & Fun Working Environment. Assists in scheduling and delegating work to the front desk.Resolves or refers to hotel management all guest concerns, complaints or suggestions in a continuous effort to provide superior guest service. Assists in the training, development and direction of the Front Desk.
