Keep The Mill Casino·Hotel & RV Park premises in a clean and orderly condition. Sets up tables and chairs in conference, event area or hall. Replenishes restrooms, kitchen and work area supplies. Sweeps, scrubs, mops, waxes, vacuums, dusts, and polishes floors, cleans rugs, carpets, upholstered furniture, and draperies. Washes walls, ceiling, and cleans woodwork, washes windows, blinds, door panels, and sills. Assist maintenance workers when needed.
Assure that The Mill Casino·Hotel premises or other assigned commercial or institutional buildings are clean and maintained in an orderly condition.
Clear and reset tables to assure smooth and efficient guest turnover in the restaurant.
Responsible for providing exemplary guest service for the hotel. Handles registration, room assignments, check out and cashiering in a friendly, professional manner to encourage repeat business.
The primary functions of this position are exchanging currency, redeeming VLT pay out tickets, providing payment for VLT jackpot tickets and providing general customer service.
Ensures that The Mill Casino kitchen is in clean and orderly condition, in accordance with safety and sanitation standards and that all kitchen equipment and stewarding support needed by the kitchen staff are properly scheduled, trained and available and that specified equipment is properly stored, staged and in proper working condition. Ensures staff is trained and follows proper sanitation, OSHA and safety regulations.
Responsible for guest interaction, i.e., greeting, seating, making the guest feel at ease. Must be aware of all daily food specials, as well as beer and wine specials.
Facilitates high standards of hotel housekeeping service and guest satisfaction by cleaning hotel rooms, changing linens and restocking rooms with supplies and guest amenities.
The primary function of this position is to promote a safe and secure environment for the Mill Casino, its guests, and employees and to provide exemplary guest service. This position also observes and ensures that overall operations conform to casino policy.
Greet and provide service to guests that include answering questions and directing guests to various areas of the casino. Act as ticket agent for upcoming events to include selling tickets, answering questions and data entry.
