Greet guests in a professional manner with knowledge of both fine dining and beverage menus and use of tray service for transporting food and beverages. Setting and bussing tables between seating’s and complete all assigned daily side work. Prior fine dining food service experience is required. Ability to obtain valid OLCC and food handlers permit.

The primary functions of this position are exchanging currency, redeeming VLT pay out tickets, providing payment for VLT jackpot tickets and providing general customer service.

Manages the service staff of the restaurant. Responsible for interviewing, hiring and disciplinary actions regarding restaurant employees. Coordinates with the Restaurant Manager the utilization of service staff wherever needed through the Casino.
This position is responsible for Hotel, RV Park and Special Event guest reservations. This position is also responsible for answering the entire main phone lines for The Mill Casino Hotel and forwarding all calls appropriately and in a timely manner.
Cooks items to order using grills, fryers, ovens, steam tables and any other specialized cooking equipment deemed necessary for food production following set specs & guidelines for proper food preparation. One year of line cook experience is preferred.
Prepare hot and cold food. Slice, dice, chop and bread meats, fish and vegetables and store them in the prepared cooler with proper labels and dates.
To maintain a safe, clean environment in the Mill Casino·Hotel’s Pool, Fitness Area, and Arcade. Provides guests with instructions on the safe and proper usage of all equipment in the health and fitness area and maintains the high standards of cleanliness and safety of the Resort by utilizing good verbal, interpersonal and customer relations skills.
Maneuver up to 50 pounds of equipment.
