Customer Service Representative
Greet and provide service to guests that include answering questions and directing guests to various areas of the casino. Act as ticket agent for upcoming events to include selling tickets, answering questions and data entry. Gift Shop atmosphere.
Guest Services Agent
Responsible for the successful daily operations of the Hotel Front Desk, and Concierge departments while building, maintaining, and promoting a Progressive, Friendly, & Fun Working Environment. Assists in scheduling and delegating work to the front desk.Resolves or refers to hotel management all guest concerns, complaints or suggestions in a continuous effort to provide superior guest service. Assists in the training, development and direction of the Front Desk.
RV Park Supervisor
Oversee and coordinate the activities of TMCH RV Park with the goal of maximizing profits and ensuring standards of service are met.
Greet and interact with guests and employees, park and retrieve guests’ vehicles. Transport employees to and from the employee parking area. Assist guest appropriately with walkers or wheel chairs. Promote the Casino, Hotel upcoming events and dining options through written or oral communication.
Central Reservations Agent
This position is responsible for Hotel, RV Park and Special Event guest reservations. This position is also responsible for answering the entire main phone lines for The Mill Casino Hotel and forwarding all calls appropriately and in a timely manner.
