Greet guests, transport both food and beverages to them, using tray service at all times. Responsible for bussing tables, using tray service, and for setting tables between seatings. Provide bartending and guest service for banquets and special events.
Facilitates high standards of hotel housekeeping service and guest satisfaction by cleaning hotel rooms, changing linens and restocking rooms with supplies and guest amenities.
Enters guest orders into Micros and delivers it table side as required. Takes orders and prepares coffee drinks and items from the soda fountain. Keeps dining area clean and free of clutter and garbage, bussing tables as needed.
Maintains grounds of The Mill Casino·Hotel, and parking lots and assists Maintenance personnel when needed.
Clear and reset tables to assure smooth and efficient guest turnover in the restaurant.

tasks in a timely manner and guest satisfaction by ensuring that all the common areas of the hotel are cleaned at our highest standards.
Performs routine daily record audits of assigned revenue generating departments to determine compliance with gaming regulations and company and departmental policies and procedures. Prepares manual and computer accounting records and reports. Performs other departmental activities as directed.

This position is responsible for Hotel, RV Park and Special Event guest reservations. This position is also responsible for answering the entire main phone lines for The Mill Casino Hotel and forwarding all calls appropriately and in a timely manner.
Assist executive management by handling a wide variety of duties involving support functions for several administrative departments. Provide executive support to the General Manager to include the GM’s calendar, meetings, travel, correspondence, budget and special projects.
Assist in baking operations of the main kitchen bakery.
Provide beverage service to casino patrons. The servers will routinely and continuously canvass the casino and solicit drink orders. The server will service the areas of slots,table games and other casino gaming departments as assigned.
Assists the Banquet Chef in set ups, breakdowns, food preparation and other duties as assigned.
To maintain a safe, clean environment in the Mill Casino·Hotel’s Pool, Fitness Area, and Arcade. Provides guests with instructions on the safe and proper usage of all equipment in the health and fitness area and maintains the high standards of cleanliness and safety of the resort by utilizing good verbal, interpersonal and customer relations skills.
Maneuver up to 50 pounds of equipment.
The primary function of this position is to promote a safe and secure environment for the Mill Casino, its guests, and employees and to provide exemplary guest service. This position also observes and ensures that overall operations conform to casino policy.
Keep The Mill Casino·Hotel & RV Park premises in a clean and orderly condition. Sets up tables and chairs in conference, event area or hall. Replenishes restrooms, kitchen and work area supplies. Sweeps, scrubs, mops, waxes, vacuums, dusts, and polishes floors, cleans rugs, carpets, upholstered furniture, and draperies. Washes walls, ceiling, and cleans woodwork, washes windows, blinds, door panels, and sills. Assist maintenance workers when needed.
