This position is responsible for Hotel, RV Park and Special Event guest reservations. This position is also responsible for answering the entire main phone lines for The Mill Casino Hotel and forwarding all calls appropriately and in a timely manner.
Keep The Mill Casino·Hotel & RV Park premises in a clean and orderly condition. Sets up tables and chairs in conference, event area or hall. Replenishes restrooms, kitchen and work area supplies. Sweeps, scrubs, mops, waxes, vacuums, dusts, and polishes floors, cleans rugs, carpets, upholstered furniture, and draperies. Washes walls, ceiling, and cleans woodwork, washes windows, blinds, door panels, and sills. Assist maintenance workers when needed.

Assure that The Mill Casino Hotel premises or other assigned commercial or institutional buildings are clean and maintained in an orderly condition.
Cooks items to order using grills, fryers, ovens, steam tables and any other specialized cooking equipment deemed necessary for food production following set specs & guidelines for proper food preparation. One year of line cook experience is preferred.
Installs, modifies, troubleshoots, repairs and tracks personal computers, printers, peripherals and software systems and provides technical assistance and training to Casino clients. Performs audio visual equipment setup, troubleshooting and breakdown.
Monitors the status of the network to ensure that all devices are working properly. Administers email system, evaluates network performance and maintain standards and corrects as necessary. Installs upgrades, receives calls pertaining to network problems and either corrects the problem or directs user to appropriate personnel for resolution. Maintains network back up. Maintain network security including registering users and installing firewalls under the direction of the Network Manager.
Facilitates high standards of hotel housekeeping service and guest satisfaction by ensuring that the housekeeping department has everything in order to complete its daily tasks in a timely manner and by ensuring that all the common areas of the hotel are cleaned at our highest standards.
The primary function of this position is to promote a safe and secure environment for the Mill Casino, its guests, and employees and to provide exemplary guest service. This position also observes and ensures that overall operations conform to casino policy.
Verifies approval and processes all invoices for payment for CEDCO and related entities. Generates and issues all manual and computer payments after verifying with matching documentation. Prepares and maintains all necessary accounts payable ledgers, journals and schedules.
Prepares adjusting journal entries and enters all journal entries into the accounting system on a timely basis. Reconciles and maintains nearly all-general ledger accounts for all the entities. Produces timely financial statements and reports. Analyzes and reports on operational matters as assigned.
Manages the service staff of the restaurant. Responsible for interviewing, hiring and disciplinary actions regarding restaurant employees. Coordinates with the Restaurant Manager the utilization of service staff wherever needed through the Casino.
Performs daily audits of assigned revenue-generating departments in accordance with established procedures. Reconciles assigned accounts; prepares daily income journals. Works with operating department team members to ensure accurate and complete records are received and processed by Finance Department.
To execute the duties necessary to operate the casino player’s club. This includes: registering new players, providing current customers with point information; executing club giveaway programs.
