I THINK YOU MUST REVIEW YOUR ACCOMODATION PRICES TO ATTRACT MORE PEOPLE, IF YOU COMPARE WITH RHENO OR VEGAS SO YOUR RATES ARE TOTALLY HIGH AND DON’T ENCOURAGE PEOPLE TO STAY MORE DAYS, DO SOMETHING AS IT’S REALLY HIGH.

In fact we have sold out several times this week including last night and the night before. Reno is a completely different market, which must attract visitors through low room rates as a loss-leader. Our room rates come in at a lower price than many Coos Bay Area hotels that range from $125 and up. Our ADR recently was $113.03.
