Hello, my name is Randy Hadden. Before joining The Mill Casino • Hotel, I spent 30 years in the Thoroughbred horse racing industry, a career which gave me a great deal of experience working with, and getting to know, a wide variety of people from many different walks of life.

For the past 15 years, I have continued that close, personal interaction as a Gold Club Host. I take great pride in making each and every one of our guests feel welcome which is why I'm already looking forward to making your next visit to The Mill Casino • Hotel a memorable one.

Sharon Cabrales

Hi, my name is Sharon Cabrales and I've been lucky enough to live in Oregon all my life. When I'm not out golfing, hiking, bike riding, going to the gym, or gardening, I enjoy curling up with a good book. I'm the mother of three beautiful daughters who are my pride and joy and two granddaughters and one grandson who are the light of my life.

I have over 20 years experience in the casino industry. In fact, prior to becoming a Gold Club Host six years ago, I worked in the Slot Department and at the Information Booth.

I think the best part of my job is getting to know the people I meet each day, and making sure their visit to The Mill Casino • Hotel is one they will remember forever.

John Thomas

Hello, my name is John Thomas and I serve as a Casino Host at The Mill Casino. It’s my business to help make people happy, and I can say that taking care of business is a real joy. I love what I do, and I am always willing to go the extra mile for you. 

I am a member of the Coquille Indian Tribe, owners of The Mill Casino • Hotel & RV Park, and I take great pride in all that the Tribe has accomplished. As a Tribal Member, I have a personal interest in making sure that we provide a level of customer service that exceeds your expectations. For me, this is not just a job. This is what I love.

The Mill has been an important part of my life for many years. After a brief period away from the area, I returned to The Mill in 2007 as a reservations agent. The next year I was invited to participate in a management training program that gave me an opportunity to work in every department in the casino, hotel and RV Park and still continue my education. 

After successfully completing the program, I took a position with in the Slot department until leaving to further my education at the Univeristy of Nevada, Las Vegas. Even while engaged as a fulltime student, the Mill Casino held my position, and allowed me the opportunity to work during my sheduled school breaks.

I accepted the Casino Host position in April of 2011, and I’m glad I did. I truly enjoy the personal relationships that I share with our guests as I help them get the most from their casino visits.
