Rooms Division Manager
Assist the Hotel Manager in providing quality assurance in both the back and front of the house operations
to provide consistent quality service for the guests of the Hotel. Assist the Hotel Manager in staff
training, guest relations, policy and procedure enforcement, and the overall quality control of the Hotel.
Oversee the daily operations of the Front Office, Housekeeping, Guest Services, Bell Attendants, and the
Uniform departments. |
