3:00 pm – 6:30 pm – JUDGING CLASS Learn the ins and outs of BBQ and become a Certified KCBS BBQ Judge. (See registration form)
7:00 pm – 9:00 pm  – Meet and greet with cooks and professional pitmasters. Enjoy live entertainment and a no host ba­r in the Salmon Room. Public welcome. 21 and older

Saturday, May 26, 2018
ALL DAY! Sample BBQ from the competitors.*
Noon – 6:00 pm – Entertainment tent hosted by Green Mountain Grill’s Mountain Man, Steve Berry. Enjoy food vendors, beer garden and live entertainment. Sample 30+ craft brews for a $15 donation.**
NOON – 3:00 pm – Blue Owens Band
3:00 pm – 6:00 pm – Lisa Mann Band

ALL DAY! Sample BBQ from the competitors.* NOTE: BBQ competitors will be in competition mode, new items are typically released every half hour. Be sure to check back often!
Noon – BBQ Judging begins
Noon – 4:00 pm – Entertainment tent hosted by Green Mountain Grill’s Mountain Man, Steve Berry. Enjoy food vendors, beer garden and live entertainment. Sample 30+ craft brews for a $15 donation.**
NOON – 2:00 pm – Lisa Mann Band
12:30 pm – NEW! Ice Carving Competition. Watch Ice Carver Champions Chef Chris Foltz and Dean Murray (as see on The Food Network) battle with 1,000 pounds of ice to create their best BBQ themed creation.
2:00 pm – 4:00 pm – Hank Shreve Band
2:00 pm  – Jim Monihan Mac ‘N Cheese Challenge turn in. Sample Mac ‘N Cheese from the competitors until 4:00 pm.*
4:00 pm – Awards Ceremony. $13,500 in prize money will be awarded to BBQ competitors! Best brew winners will be announced!

*ALL SAMPLES AVAILABLE AT FESTIVAL ARE WHILE SUPPLIES LAST.
** Proceeds of the beer garden go to the Bay Area Chamber of Commerce and Coos Bay-North Bend Rotary.
