BBQ, Blue and Brews

It’s going to be finger licking good! Two days of festivities will include delicious BBQ, live entertainment by the Inner Limits Band and Lloyd Tolbert Band, new and improved beer sampling and lots of fun! The event is a competition BBQ where teams come to compete in the Kansas City BBQ Society (KCBS) sanctioned event. There will be more than 25 teams. There are four KCBS categories: pork, chicken, brisket and pork ribs. The event is judged by certified judges who have taken a course. We are also bringing back the Jim Monihan Mac N’ Cheese Challenge for the 8th year.
