Trucks will serve a full menu but are required to offer at least one sample item for $5.

Beer & Wine & Non-Alcoholic Beverages:
All beverages will be sold at The Mill Casino beverage tents. Guests may purchase beer, wine and non-alcoholic beverages in the event area at these beverage tents.

Five judges will judge the signature dish from each truck. Judges will consist of chefs, travel writers and restaurateurs. There will also be winner for People’s Choice. Guests will receive an entry to vote for people’s choice when they attend the event.

On Sunday August 3, 2025, we will be awarding a total of $9,250 in prizes! Our Winners will consist of a Best Taco, Sandwich, BBQ, Global Cuisine, Kitchen Sink, and lastly a People’s Choice. All of the “Best” categories will be awarded 1st through 3rd place and the “People’s Choice” categories will be a single award. All awards will be announced Sunday at 3:00 PM.
