How the Margarita Mill Festival Judging Works:
Five judges will judge the signature dish from each vendor. Judges will consist of chefs, travel writers, and restauranteurs. There will also bea  winner for People’s Choice. Guests will receive an entry to vote for people’s choice when they attend the event.
