Traveler’s Choice? The Mill Casino Hotel of course!
Guests at The Mill Hotel rate it among the top 10 percent of the world’s hotels, according to Tripadvisor, the world’s largest online travel platform.
Tripadvisor named The Mill Hotel as one of its Travelers’ Choice Award winners for 2020.
“This truly is a great honor for the Hotel, our entire property and the Coquille Tribe,” said CEDCO CEO Terri Porcaro. “Achieving this level of guest satisfaction requires careful attention to every aspect of the guest experience, and we have a skilled and dedicated team who always seek to exceed expectations.”
Tripadvisor determines its award winners based on the quality and quantity of reviews, ratings and saves that travelers have shared on the website. The 2020 awards were determined from information gathered throughout 2019. Only the top 10 percent of the 8.7 million businesses listed on Tripadvisor are honored as Travelers’ Choice winners.
According to Suzann Anaya, director of lodging operations, these ratings come from being “highly responsive” to guests posting on the site. “We respond to every review – thanking those who have visited, commenting on the many pictures that they post and seeking to resolve any problem a reviewer may have had during a visit,” she said.
“We have a great team at the hotel who care about our guests and really get to know them,” Anaya said. “And that extends to the maintenance team at The Mill who make sure every corner of the hotel is ready to serve our guests.”
Anaya added that recent work to remodel the hotel has made an important contribution to the high levels of guest satisfaction.
Tripadvisor is one of the largest travel research companies in the world with 300 million unique visitors to its website every month.
